From the oven to the greenway!
So my mom tells me her co-workers birthday is tomorrow, and she wanted to order cakepops, but not wanting to stress my personal Cakepop maker out we decided lets try to make cupcakes instead!
Well but then there's a twist!
Can we make it golf themed cupcakes? Waaahhhh! I can bake but I can't even color in the lines of a coloring book! I seemed to have lost my mothers artistic genes.
Ohhh well lets just give it a try and see what we come out with!
Step 1:
Bake a 24 cupcakes - I utilized yellow cake, it seemed easier to decorate with lighter colors.
Step 2:
Let cupcakes cool, in preparation of decorating. (ahhhh) 😬😬😬 at this time I set them on the tray in the order I felt was best to make the greenway.
Step 3:
I began with decorating my green first...it seemed the easiest route.
Step 4:
Then I decorated the rest of the greenway with a thicker icing.
Step 5:
The sand trap! I used both icing and sprinkles. And while I was at it I threw a few golf balls in!
Step 6:Last little addition to make that true greenway feeling. The flag! A cut skewer and a little electrical tape...and taaaadaaaa! 👏👏👏
Isn't exactly how they got it in the image I originally saw, but I think you get the idea😊

Anti Aging Benefits of Kyani Sunset
You may have already heard that fish oil containing omega 3 fatty acids
has amazing health benefits. That is true, but Kyani Sunset has
additional benefits that no other fish oil has.
You can get all the Omega 3 Fatty acids you need through eating fatty or oily fish such as salmon, mackerel, tuna and sardines. The trouble is, you would need to consume these fish at least four times a week. Most people struggle to include them in their diet that often.
That is why fish oil supplements are so popular, but while there are many fish oil supplements available, no fish oil can give the extra benefits afforded by Kyani.
They offer a major health benefit as they contain 265 times the number of antioxidants found in Tocopherols, the other form of Vitamin E found in most store bought Vitamin E supplements.
Antioxidants are essential to neutralize the formation of free radicals in your body, to prevent illness and disease. So by taking this great combination of Omega 3 Fatty Acids and Tocotrienols, you will give your health a major boost and prevent cancers, heart disease and other terrible illnesses caused by free radicals.
Unlike many other fish oils, Sunset also has high levels of both DHA and EPA. Your body needs these acids to prevent many harmful diseases, but the typical Western diet just doesn’t include them.
This is such a huge problem that the U.S. government encourages pregnant women to take a DHA supplement, because low DHA can cause harm to the unborn baby in the form of poor cognitive development, poor vision and poor development of the eye retina
So if you are going to take a fish oil supplement it makes sense to consider Kyani Sunset. In addition to the Omega 3 fatty acids needed by your body, you are also getting a powerful source of tocietrienols and DHA and EPA, to protect and improve your health.
What Do Omega 3 Fatty Acids Do For Your Health?
Omega 3 Fatty Acids can improve your health dramatically and prevent a number of illnesses including Eye Disorders, Cancer, Irritable Bowel Disease, ADHD, Heart Disease, Psoriasis, and Depression. You can get all the Omega 3 Fatty acids you need through eating fatty or oily fish such as salmon, mackerel, tuna and sardines. What are Kyani's Ingredients and why are they so Special?
It is the only fish oil-based supplement of its kind that contains Tocotrienols, a special form of Vitamin E.They offer a major health benefit as they contain 265 times the number of antioxidants found in Tocopherols, the other form of Vitamin E found in most store bought Vitamin E supplements.

Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
Kyani Sunset is the only fish oil made from Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon. They grow in an entirely natural environment that is free from pollution, pesticides and antibiotics. This salmon is free from the contaminants that are often found in farm-raised salmon.Unlike many other fish oils, Sunset also has high levels of both DHA and EPA. Your body needs these acids to prevent many harmful diseases, but the typical Western diet just doesn’t include them.

Kalepa Ridge Conquered
So I never quite understood the hype of Kalepa Ridge but figured, sure, my mom and her ABGroup team of Active4Life participants are doing it so I guess I'll tag along! Only to have the hill rip me a new one! I love The Sleeping Giant but this uphill battle with a portion of it being nothing but blazing sun with no wind, will kick your rear!

Short trip home!
Worked a full day, half of which was out in Princeville! Only to finish work this afternoon, with the realization that I'll be on another plane tomorrow evening, headed off to Portland, Oregon! I've travel quite a bit this 2013, but my gosh it's literally been back to back flying! I feel like I should be a flight attendant.
Thank goodness I love what I do, I will be presenting Kyäni in Vancouver, Washington, this Saturday! So stoked to help my bestie, Kainoa Pau, build her Kyäni business! Kyani has helped improve the lives of so many people I care about and I'm excited to watch more people grow in Kyäni the way I have. Traffic to my website slowly increases: SharonGibson.Kyani.com while daily the traffic to my Facebook fan page increases steadily: Facebook.com/KyaniKauai Looking forward to closing out this summer with bonus' and shining like the Kyani Sapphire that I know I am!

Mari and Nate Got Married...
It's been well over a year since I've blogged about anything, but I've truly decided that I'm getting back into it! So excited to share my amazing weekend with wonderful friends!
I spent the weekend, on the island of Oahu preparing and celebrating the nuptials of my dearest friend Mari and her now husband Nate! They got married yesterday, Sunday, June 30th on the beach at Paradise Cove, Koolina.
With several family and friends in attendance their day was one right out of the fairy tales and she as well as her gorgeous daughter Nikki looked amazing!
The morning started off early, 5:30 to be exact (4:45 for those of us that drove in) with hair and makeup by an amazing artist, Anela Lagazo and her friend Shanny from Bobby & Guy, Pearlridge.
I pray that God keeps his holy blessing over Mari, Nate and Nikki as they continue this life journey as one! Love them all!
